Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 11, 2025Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Minimal Space ("the App").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Minimal Space, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Minimal Space for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
3. Subscription Terms
3.1 Premium Features
Certain features of the App require a paid subscription ("Premium"). Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis.
3.2 Payment
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
3.3 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
3.4 Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the subscription fee after the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
3.5 Refunds
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be made through Apple, and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
4. Use of the App
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the App to organize and launch applications on your iOS device. The App uses URL schemes to open other installed applications.
4.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Third-Party Applications
Minimal Space uses URL schemes to launch third-party applications. We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or content of third-party applications. Some URL schemes may not work if the corresponding app is not installed or if the app developer changes their URL scheme.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 "As Is" Basis
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.2 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee that all URL schemes will work with all applications.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
